Maria Burgos Launches a New Jewelry Packaging that is Eco-Friendly!

Hello everyone!

I know that packaging options have been a topic of discussion in the Etsy Community, so I’m pleased to introduce my new eco-friendly jewelry packaging pictured above.

My new jewelry boxes are made from recycled content and are 100% recyclable.  The new jewelry pouches found inside the boxes are made from smooth finish nylon satin-weave pouch. If you receive one of the new jewelry boxes, please join our effort by recycling the new boxes wherever you recycle regular paper. Or keep it!  While the pouches can’t be  recycled, you can reuse them for storage or traveling.

You’ll receive this new packaging instead of the brown Kraft paper box.

My 14kt gold black drusy ring made it to Etsy’s Front Page

I made this ring for a special client.  This ring features a black knight druzy quartz which is bezel set in 14kt gold . The textured surface of this stone is the showcase of this hand crafted ring and the subtle glimmer is mesmerizing. The solid sterling silver band holds the 20mm stone. This ring is truly elegant and is sure to draw a lot of attention.

14kt gold filled with multi-colored gemstones and multi-color fresh water pearls 36 inches long

Modern, bold & sexy.

This is a unique gemstone necklace made in 14 kt yellow gold filled with bright multi-color gemstones. Necklace is 36 inches.

This necklace was inspired by a late afternoon swim in the Caribbean with my family. As I gazed at the sunlight dancing on the sparkling blue waters, beautiful blooms, hypnotic waves and absorbed the paradise that surrounded me I knew I had to transform that feeling into a whimsical and relaxed piece.

I finished this ring today!

I made this ring for Doris.  I used a simple strip of 14 karat gold and a beautiful 14mm round cabochon of rainbow Moonstone grade AAA.

The magical glow of this rainbow moonstone is captured in this bezel set 14 karat gold ring.  The cabochon stone reflects amazing light and the thin band finishes this ring perfectly. Delicate, yet substantial, this ring would be a welcome addition to a stack of rings or a statement on its own.

The beauty of this ring lies in its see-trough bezel, which allows light to pass through the stone, bringing out all the colors hidden in the stone.
